If online offers are enabled, buyers and buyer agents can submit offers on Snapdoor. If not, buyers and buyer agents submit offers as directed by the seller or listing agent, typically by email.
Enabling online offers on Snapdoor allows sellers to see offers as they come in, compare offer prices and terms, and make informed offers. Online offers also facilitate active buyer competition.
Sellers and listing agents can track listings on Snapdoor, even if offers are not submitted online. So can buyer agents and buyers. The only step that is different is the Offer Activity step; all other steps remain the same. However, the above-described benefits of online offers are lost.
