Does Snapdoor require the use of licensed real estate agents?

Buyers can submit offers on Snapdoor with or without a real estate agent. All of our listings are listed in the MLS through our partner brokerages. If you are familiar with the basics of real estate offers, the essentials of financing, and are comfortable navigating inspections, you can submit your offer on your own, i.e., represent yourself. If you need the help of a licensed real estate agent to prepare and submit your offer, you should have an agent represent you.
