The seller (with advice from the listing agent) decides whether to enable online offers on Snapdoor. If enabled, buyers and buyer agents submit their offers online. If not, buyers and buyer agents submit offers as directed by the seller and listing agent, via email or another method.
Enabling online offers on Snapdoor allows sellers to see offers as they come in, compare offer prices and terms, and be informed when selecting an offer. Online offers also facilitate active buyer competition.
Sellers and listing agents can track listings on Snapdoor, even if offers are not submitted online. So can buyer agents and buyers. The only step that is different is the Offer Activity step; all other steps remain the same.
